Terms and Conditions

My Closet Manager, operated by Closet International Fashion Group, provides closet storage subscriptions, designer apparel rental, luxury item assessment and purchase, consignment for rental income, and related care or logistics services from our Makati locations.

Showroom visits are by appointment or during published business hours. Complimentary fittings apply to available rental pieces during regular hours. We may decline service for items that are prohibited, unsafe, or outside our accepted categories.

Storage begins after payment confirmation and intake. The mobile catalog is included with eligible subscriptions and ends when the subscription ends. Pull-outs require at least two business days’ notice. Flammable, prohibited, or heavy equipment items may not be stored.

The standard rental period is four days unless a longer plan is agreed in writing. Pieces must be returned in the garment bag provided. Dry cleaning is handled by us. Alterations are allowed only on selected pieces and only with prior approval.

Quotations for luxury bags and watches are based on condition and market research. Photo-only submissions receive a range until physical inspection. Consignment earnings follow the agreed share, paid after the monthly statement. Up to 40% of a rental may be credited to the owner, depending on the piece.

Closet subscriptions are paid by credit card or PayPal. Other services may be settled by credit card, PayPal, cash, or bank transfer. Listed add-on prices may change; confirm with staff before booking.
